The courier delivers approximately within 1-6 working days from the date of confirmation of the availability of the items.

In the "notes" field of the order you can indicate your availability time, the courier will do everything possible to respect it compatibly with your logistical needs.

In case of absence you will be notified by email or sms and the methods of managing non-delivery will be displayed. In any case, our customer service is always at your disposal for any request at customer service@misterbiowine.com .

We use cartons specially designed to be shipped by courier with a triple external reinforcement and an internal hive that will protect your bottles further.

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time. If your order has not yet been shipped, write to us at client service@misterbiowine.com : we will modify the incorrect data.

Shipping costs:

- in Italy are free of charge for orders placed in our online shop equal to or greater than 100.00€

The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of payment, in the phase following the shopping cart with the list of products chosen. As you can see in the shopping cart at the bottom we find the item "Subtotal" which indicates the total cost of the products and immediately below we find the item "Taxes included and shipping costs calculated at the time of payment" which indicates that the shipping cost must be added to the Subtotal, which for example in Italy is €15.00 (if you exceed the €100.00 threshold shipping is free).

MY WINE

No, there is no limit. In case of purchase of quantities equal to or greater than 7 cartons (42 bottles) Mister Bio Wine may take up to 7 working days for the preparation of the order.

In the event that the reordering of the chosen bottle is not possible as it is no longer in production, the site will report it during the purchase phase indicating the number of bottles that can be ordered.

In case of damaged goods, notify us immediately of the incident: you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and send us a photo with the description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar problems in the future.

Write to servizioclienti@misterbiowine.com stating the problem and enclosing a photo of the readable back label (including the batch number) and a photo of the cork. Your wine will be replaced immediately. Should this be out of stock, we will offer you an alternative wine or refund the amount paid. You do not have to send the purchased wine back to us.

The wines that appear on our e-shop are always available. If the quantities requested by you are not available, our system will not allow you to proceed with the order.

Just enter your friend's delivery address and the wine will be delivered directly to them. If you would like to add a greeting card or a special dedication, write your message in the notes before concluding the order

Yes, as long as the goods are not shipped, then until you receive the email containing the tracking code, you can cancel the order and / or modify it. Contact us via chat via the instant messaging system on the site or via email to customer service@misterbiowine.com indicating your order number and your request .

ACCOUNT

Creating your own Mister Bio Wine account is very useful for managing your subscription to one or more products and also for having the situation of your orders under control.

Creating it is very simple. Just click on the little man-shaped icon at the top of the site where there is the menu and then click on Create Account at the bottom.

The Create Account page will open in which we will have to enter Name, Surname , Email and Password and finally click on Create. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account and you will be able to immediately check the status of your orders.

You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your Mister Bio Wine account. To do this, just click on the little man on the top right of the site (both from PC and smartphone) and enter the email address (the one used during the purchase) and the password of your account.

A this point in "Account Details" click on the "View Addresses" button and we can change / delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account. If you no longer remember the account password, just click on "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and immediately receive the email to be able to choose a new password.

ORDER

To change an order you have placed, you must contact us by email or in live chat on the site, no later than 30 minutes after the order has been placed. The order number (#1...) and the change to be made must be indicated. We reserve the right not to make the change, if the change is requested after the order has already been sent to the warehouse. If the difference in monetary terms is in favour of the customer, we will refund that amount. If, on the other hand, it is in favour of Mister Bio Wine, we will give instructions on how to proceed.

RETURNS

The return can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the product, if it follows our return policies.
If so, this is the procedure to follow:

Step 2: indicate in the '' email the order number, the product you want to return and the reason
